Trading Risks
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. AI-powered trading decisions are automated and may result in financial losses.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences. FE!N provides tools and infrastructure but does not guarantee trading profits or prevent losses.

All content, features, and functionality of FE!N are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
FE!N is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, system failures, or data breaches.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as required by law.
